Sunday Natural's B2B division supports a network of 15,000 doctors and therapists who recommend the company's supplements to their patients.
When Robert Anders took over the department, it had grown quickly for four years, but without the structures and processes to match. Salesforce was already in place, but only in a basic, largely unstructured setup.
Before working with Cremanski & Company, Sunday Natural's B2B team faced classic scale-up friction on the path to a professionalized commercial engine:
1. Contracting handled manually via email, with no automation and no visibility into where deals stood
2. Salesforce already in use, but only in a basic, unstructured setup
3. A growing field sales team with no tool to plan routes and daily meetings efficiently
4. Limited in-house RevOps capacity to prioritize and sequence the right initiatives at the speed the business needed
The manual setup had kept pace with the partner base historically. But continued growth meant the gaps were starting to slow the business down.
Together, Sunday Natural and Cremanski & Company ran a four-month engagement pairing strategic RevOps guidance with hands-on implementation:
1. Automated, digital contracting via PandaDoc, replacing manual, email-based contract sending with a trackable, structured flow
2. Salesforce Maps rollout, giving the field sales team a tool to plan and optimize daily routes and meetings
3. Zendesk–Salesforce integration, connecting support and CRM data for a fuller view of each partner
4. Dedicated project management and RevOps mentorship, steering priorities, supplier decisions, and sequencing
5. Flexible resourcing that adjusted as priorities shifted throughout the project
1. Contract conversion up from roughly 40% to nearly 70%, at a volume of 1,000 contracts sent per month
2. A simplified, fully digital contracting workflow that's easier for therapists to use
3. Tools still in daily use and further developed nine months after project close: a long-term upgrade
4. Full transparency into contracting performance where there was previously little visibility
5. A flexible, strategic partnership model: an extension of the team
With the core contracting and field-sales workflows now embedded, Sunday Natural and Cremanski & Company continue building on the RevOps foundation as the B2B partner base keeps growing.

“It's not just someone doing tech work for us: it's a true strategic partner, with a strong project manager and a strong RevOps mentor, flexible enough to adjust whenever our priorities shift.”
