Loopario & Cremanski & Company: Building a HubSpot-powered sales engine for Series A growth

About Loopario

Loopario (formerly Logistikbude) is a fast-growing startup that closed its Series A funding round in March 2026. Heading into that raise, the team had already decided, in an early-year strategy meeting, that it needed to work far more professionally with its CRM. The Series A only added urgency to a need that was already clear.

The Challenge

Before working with Cremanski & Company, Loopario was running its go-to-market on a setup that couldn't carry the company through its next growth phase:

1.  A largely self-built Pipedrive setup with little automation

2.  No well-structured customer journey, data model, or phase-based workflows to guide the sales process

3.  Limited ability to trace decisions back to data, just as a Series A round was adding pressure to professionalize

4.  A search for a partner who would advise on sales strategy as well as implement a system: a combination few vendors could offer

The Solution

Together, Loopario and Cremanski & Company built a HubSpot-based go-to-market engine from the ground up:

1.  HubSpot Sales Hub implementation as the core, with Marketing Hub and Service Hub work running in parallel

2.  Customer journey redesign from first principles: data model, phase-based workflows, and clear exit criteria for moving a deal to the next stage

3.  Team enablement so Loopario's people could actually run the new system day to day

4.  Hands-on reporting and dashboards, advised and built directly by Cremanski & Company

5.  An ongoing RevOps retainer after the initial project, keeping that expertise embedded as Loopario continues to scale

The Results

1.  A CRM foundation built to scale, ready to support hiring 5, 10, even 20 new sellers

2.  The team now runs and develops the system independently, rather than being stuck at a fixed status quo

3.  Inbound leads contacted within 1–2 hours, followed by an initial sales call with clear roadmapping

4.  Leads receive an immediate summary of the conversation, then handover to an Account Executive who reaches out within 30 minutes with a discovery call invite

5.  A significantly improved experience for prospects, from first contact through to discovery

‍

What's Next

After the initial project's successful handover, Loopario brought Cremanski & Company back on a RevOps retainer, a deliberate choice to keep learning with an expert at their side. With ambitious growth plans for 2027 and a newly created CRO role starting on 01.10.2026 , further projects are likely to follow.

“Cremanski & Company was by far the better partner, because they understood our challenges and had clearly guided other Series A startups successfully before”
Felix Lütjann, Head of Marketing
