With nearly a decade of experience building enablement functions in hypergrowth startups and international scale-ups, she specializes in turning ambitious go-to-market strategies into consistent execution. Her focus lies in aligning sales motions, building repeatable playbooks, and designing enablement programs that drive real adoption and measurable revenue impact.
Prior to joining Cremanski & Company, Ambre founded and led global enablement teams at companies such as Parloa and Uberall, where she developed scalable onboarding frameworks, partner academies, and cross-functional GTM processes across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. She is known for combining strategic clarity with hands-on execution, ensuring that revenue transformations translate into daily behavior.
At Cremanski & Company, she builds the GTM Execution & Adoption practice, closing the gap between revenue architecture and real-world execution to help organizations scale smarter with clarity, capability, and alignment.
