Passionate about technology, communication, and helping others grow, Luca Millefanti bridges the gap between complex Salesforce architectures and real business needs.
At Cremanski & Company, he leads a team of Salesforce Consultants while designing scalable, no-code and low-code solutions that make CRM ecosystems faster, smarter, and easier to use.

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in Salesforce solution engineering, project management, and global rollouts, Luca combines deep technical expertise with a people-first mindset. Whether he's optimizing data imports with Tableau Prep, automating user creation flows, or integrating Salesforce with Slack, his focus is always on empowering teams and uncovering what customers truly need even when they don’t yet know it.

Before joining Cremanski & Company, Luca spent eight years at Atlantic Technologies, where he led complex multi-brand Salesforce implementations across Europe, the US, and Asia. His background spans Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service, as well as presales and functional leadership for enterprise-scale transformations.

Luca is also an active voice in the Salesforce and RevOps communities, sharing innovative use cases and best practices on automation, orchestration, and AI-driven collaboration.
