Monica is part of our Sales Operations team since June 2021 and originally from Costa Rica. There she studied “Economic Planning” at the National University in Heredia, after which she received a full scholarship for the University of Applied Sciences Münster where she studied business administration. After graduating, Monica moved to Madrid to work for Bosch and Adglow, before starting the position as a “Forecasting and Planning Analyst” at Zalando in Berlin in 2018. Monica has already gained a lot of experience in sales operations and software as a service in various positions and complements our team perfectly.
