Cremanski develops sales strategy and schedules over 200 product demos
The Berlin SaaS startup Layer, which was founded two years ago, enables finance teams to work together in shared tables in an innovative way with its own spreadsheet tool. For the complete generation of feedback leads in the form of booked web demos, there was no other targeted strategy at the time of the collaboration. Cremanski & Company implemented this strategy and implemented it operationally in the following months.
Over a period of seven months, the Cremanski team identified and contacted interesting target groups with the aim of creating product demos for the layer team. A total of almost 200 product demos were scheduled via the LinkedIn channel, 24 different customer groups were addressed and 6 different communication approaches were tested. Over the entire period there was close cooperation between the Layer Founders and Cremanski.
In the approximately 200 scheduled product demos, the founders and the Layer team not only learned valuable insights and directions for product development. Clear and valuable insights could also be gained about their target group, their needs, pains and challenges, as well as about the ideal communication with these potential users.
