Nach ihrem Wirtschaftspsychologie Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Consulting in Stuttgart, begann Laura ihre berufliche Laufbahn im Sales-Team von Urban Sports Club. Im Sales reizt Laura die Verknüpfung von Menschen und Zahlen und gerade deshalb spezialisierte sie sich auf die Themen Sales Strategy & Sales Operations weiter. Insbesondere das Aufsetzen und Weiterentwickeln von CRM-Systemen gehören zu ihren großen Stärken. Durch strategische Ansätze holt Laura schlummernde Potentiale aus Vertriebsteams heraus. Dabei führt ein taktischer Blick auf alle gegenwärtigen Vertriebsprozesse, die Datenqualität, das Toolstack, den Vertriebszyklus und auf die gesamte Pipeline Health zu mehr Erfolg in den Vertriebsabteilungen unserer Kunden.

After studying business psychology with a focus on consulting in Stuttgart, Laura began her professional career in the sales team of Urban Sports Club. In sales, Laura is attracted to the combination of people and numbers, which is why she specialized in sales strategy & sales operations. In particular, setting up and developing CRM systems is one of her great strengths. Through strategic approaches, Laura brings dormant potentials out of sales teams. A tactical look at all current sales processes, the data quality, the tool stack, the sales cycle and the entire health pipeline leads to more success in our customers' sales departments.
