Since February 2022 we have had Natalie by our side as VP Learning. She takes over important areas of responsibility such as training / change management as well as re- and upskilling of our customers. In concrete terms, Natalie accompanies them throughout the entire process of our services and ensures that everyone involved knows exactly how to deal with new tools, systems and processes at all times in order to work with them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Natalie is predestined for this role because she knows both sides: As a business trainer, she knows exactly how to convey complex content in a simple way. In addition, Natalie herself has 5 years of experience as a project manager of system implementations and therefore understands all the challenges our customers face.
