Kick Off Call

In a conversation with one of our HR experts, we will evaluate with you which of our solutions is best suited for your hiring process and offer you appropriate solutions.

Briefingsheet

After placing the order, you will receive a briefing sheet from us, which we will discuss in a joint call. This briefing enables us to get a common understanding of the position and the perfect profile.

Briefingphase

Based on the briefing, we will create a job advertisement for you and publish it in consultation with you. The briefing also provides us with the basis to start looking for the perfect candidate.

Interviews

We will look for suitable candidates for you and contact you. We then conduct interviews with the candidates and screen them. You will receive an initial pre-selection of suitable candidates so that you can assess the fit and quality of the search. We will then schedule your interviews with the candidates.

Successful occupation

We remain in communication with the talents until they are hired and are at your side with our many years of expertise.
