Our team consists of over 50 employees with 15 different nationalities. Since many of our team members speak two or even three languages, we can not only say "Your Digital Sales Experts" in 16 different languages, but also learn from our unique team every day. Of course, we adapt our recruiting process to the respective requirements. But the basis of each process is a screening call, a skills interview and a team call. Depending on the role, the process can be extended with a case study, another skills interview or a call with our Managing Director. Of course, we will tell you the specific process during the first interview.
